This tutorial will demonstrate several new features of the UC Enuity Ultramicrotome. We will begin with fully automated block trimming, followed by automated alignment between the sample and the knife. The session will conclude with a demonstration of how µCT data can be used to guide automated trimming to a region of interest within a sample, enabling precise orientation and depth control.
