In this tutorial, Leica Microsystems will demonstrate two current cryofixation techniques applicable to a variety of workflows. Attendees will have the option to join one of two sessions: the first focuses on grid plunging with the EM GP2 for single particles and small cells, and the second covers high-pressure freezing with the EM ICE for cells, tissues, and small organisms.
