The NANOS is a compact and comprehensive tabletop SEM designed with all-new technology. Equipped with SE, BSE, and EDS detectors, it provides multi-disciplinary research opportunities. The unique eucentric stage has motorized XY movement and manual tilt, keeping images in focus over the tilt range of 55 degrees. The fully embedded EDS detector allows fast shifting between imaging and elemental analysis. Perfect for R&D, education, or optimizing workflow, the NANOS is a truly versatile instrument. We will be demonstrating the speed and ease of use of the system, highlighting features including EDS mapping, SE/BSE overlays, eucentric stage, and low vacuum mode. We will also display the control and adjustment of analysis settings to accommodate various sample types.
