Working in the Dept of Materials Science and Engineering of the University of California in Berkeley I focus on the development of electronic materials and devices, and catalytic materials. For over a decade my main interest on growth-, process- and operation-induced material and device effects is based on the exploration of advanced transmission electron microscopy for such materials, and foremost the application of low-current TEM.
