Zixiao Shi is a Ph.D. candidate working with David Muller and Héctor Abruña at Cornell University. He received his B.S. in Chemistry and B.S. in Math at Sun Yet-sen University. His current research interest is using electron microscopy, such as ptychograhy, Cryo-STEM, SEND to study the atomic structure and crystallography of catalyst nanoparticles, beam-senstive materials like polymers and 2D magnetic and quantum materials.
