Young-Min Kim is a Ph.D. candidate in the School of Integrated Technology at Yonsei University, South Korea. He earned his bachelor's degree in Polymer Science and Engineering from Dankook University in South Korea. His research interests are optmiziation of Ovonic Threshold Switch (OTS) devices and nanometer-scale characterization using Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) and Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM). Through his work, he aims to contribute to advancements in next-generation electronic devices and the understanding of material behavior at the nanometer scale.
