Philip Baldwin was trained in theoretical non-equilibrium physics at University of Illioniois and has been working on signal processing at low SNR systems since 1996, primarily at Baylor College of Medicine, but also the Salk Institute, and New York Structural Biology Center. This has been primarily methods in cryo EM and functional MRI. And now cryo electron tomography.
