Laura He is a Ph.D. student in Computer Science at Duke University in Dr. Alberto Bartesaghi’s lab. Her research centers on self-supervised deep learning methods for cryo-electron microscopy and cryo-electron tomography, with the goal of reducing manual intervention in data processing through interpretable algorithms that support automation while maintaining transparency. She received her B.A.Sc. in Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto.
