PhD Candidate
University of California Irvine, United States
I am a PhD candidate in the Chemical, Applied, and Materials Physics program at the University of California, Irvine, with a focus on nanoscale soft matter characterization and imaging. My expertise lies in utilizing advanced transmission electron microscopy techniques to study dynamic behavior in synthetic active systems that mimic biological processes. As a graduate student researcher, I collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to explore these systems in real time using in situ TEM. Additionally, I have a strong interest in image analysis techniques, particularly in applying computer vision algorithms to quantify and analyze dynamic processes at the nanoscale.
