I am a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL), a renowned institution with a distinguished track record of excellence in scientific research and innovation. My work focuses on applying computer vision-based image analysis techniques to study surface interactions of bacterial biofilms on material surfaces. Additionally, I am part of a multidisciplinary research team developing machine learning-based automated workflows for microscopes to uncover novel mechanisms in bacterial biofilms.
