Obaidullah Rahman is a Data Analytics Researcher at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, specializing in computational imaging, X-ray computed tomography (CT), and electron microscopy. He earned his Ph.D. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, and a B.Tech. in Electronics Engineering from Aligarh Muslim University. His research spans deep learning algorithms for CT reconstruction, defect characterization in additive manufacturing, and characterization of fuel cell microscopy samples. Obaidullah has done internship at General Electric Healthcare where he worked on low-dose medical CT images and developed analytical and deep learning solutions to combat low-SNR artifacts.
